- How much does it cost to list my restaurant?
- Creating an account and listing your restaurant is free. You can set up your profile, add your menu and start receiving reservations without paying a setup fee.
- My restaurant is already showing on Niibow — how do I claim it?
- Many Lagos venues are already listed from our own research. Create an account with your restaurant's details and our team will match you to the existing listing so you take over its photos, menu and hours.
- How do diners find my restaurant?
- Diners browse and search on niibow.com and in the Niibow app by cuisine, budget, area and mood — Romantic, Chill, Late Night and more. Restaurants that keep their photos, menu and tags up to date show up better.
- How do reservations reach me?
- Bookings appear in your dashboard, and you receive an email and a push notification. You can approve, decline or suggest another time, or switch on automatic confirmation.
- Why can't diners book my restaurant yet?
- A listing is visible as soon as it is published, but it only takes bookings once you set your reservation times under Reservations → Reservation Settings. Until then diners see your page with a note that you are not taking reservations yet.
- Can my team have their own logins?
- Yes. You can invite staff members to your restaurant so managers and front-of-house handle reservations without sharing one account.
